    huang ming zhi is an incredibly talented hiphop artist, composer, filmmaker and actor who was born in johor bharu , the south of malaysia. he is one year younger than me.

he was educated at chung hwa high school,the similar education background as me

but while he studied in seconday school, he wrote 400 songs and won several singing competitions. He can speak a lot of languages, malay, mandarin,english , he also can speak a little thai, indian,cantonese. The song i most love is "kawanku" which means friends with malay indian, chinese in malaysian, the multinational feeling

he gained popularity after releasing a most controversial song title "negaraku" a remake of national athem of malaysia song. the word kuku resembles the male reproductive organ, such as pennis which can figure in chinese hokien dialect , later afer a week, it drew criticism from malaysia society. He had been arrested several times and charged twice for insulting Islam and Malaysia utility company. Earlier in March, he also received a warrant and be arrested for the film name " Babi" which allegedly contains elements of racism as "Pig" in an insult in Malay. Eventually he issues a video apology and the police did not press the charge.

This song is very cute, pink music video is packaged as a love song, with both artists pouring out their frustration about their unreasonable partners. They say their partners have fragile hearts but also pick fights with others by claiming that everything belongs to them. The song employs a common cutesy Taiwanese style that believe the less innocent meaning.

The political satire is rather obvious. The video begins with a warning:

On the surface, the lyrics appear to be about a romantic relationship, but a closer look reveals numerous criticisms of the CCP. The term “glass heart” is often used to describe mainland Chinese online patriots who often accuse others of “hurting their feelings.” The images of panda, cotton and cives , and the slang phrase "NSML" meaning "your mom is dead", evoke memories of national incidents of Xinjiang cotton campaign and the feud with Thailand netizens in 2020. The lyrics mock the Chinese for being fond of eating dogs, cats, bats and civets and climbing over the wall, and the country's ruling elites for 

they've already given us a warning because it is too much talking about the communist chinese, kinds of insulting Chinese to be the world enemy. Their Weibo accounts have been blocked by Chinese after a week which hit the number 1 on Youtube trending No.1.

Is COP26 a delusional ideas?

 

        We all understand that our planet is warming, drought, flooding, rainforest always happen around the world. Does the UK or COP26 provide any contingency plan to tackle the climate change issue? You can imagine how the  "Brexit" make the British poor people struggling their life to make their ends meet. What is the government's plan to solve many kinds of problems? How could government handle both "Brexit" & "COP26" topics simultaneously?

    Firstly, the carbon emitter countries such as the US, China, India still hard to remove the coal from their grips. Most of their power was generated by fossil fuels. How the poor people could survive without coal or fossils? When does renewable energy become mature and fulfill all the people on the planet? When the enormous power for internet, lightning, air-con, mining, manufacturing and etc, how government manage all the control and make them efficient in all needs? All need money.

Will "Polexit" happened?

 

     The name of "Polexit" was copied from the "Brexit" which means Poland out of European Unions. Poland joined the EU in 2004 through the Treaty of Accesion 2003.

     In 2019, the Supreme Court of Poland warned that judicial reform planned by the ruling Law and Justice(PiS) party could result in Poland having to leave the EU, as it undermines the independence of the judiciary and challenges the principle of the primacy of EU law. When PiS party rejected the budget deal, they rarely use terms like "money" or " funds", they intend to refer to ideology, sovereignty, and civilization. The PiS leader rather said that to agree to rule of law conditions in the budget would be a "loss of sovereignty for Poland" . It is very hard to find the common ground between Poland & the EU when the discussion comes to talk about the law, climate changes, abortion, or human rights. 

    The Poles, the native or inhabitants of Poland, are mostly euro-enthusiastic in the bloc. Above half of them or voters backed joining the EU, even more pro-EU. Due to the greatly benefited from the perks of the EU funds, they also received a net €127 billion, which is more than any other member country, which pays for roads, bridges, schools, agriculture, and athetic. Since they participated in the EU, more than 2 million jobs were provided by moving freedom to work abroad.

    The history of Brexit told us about how difficult to free from the EU, it would likely be catastrophic. The share markets of Poland have mostly relied on the EU single market. Poland's economy will be sunk into a quagmire as most of them are hugely contributed from the EU funds and foreign investments.

How to foster positive altitute?

 

    Today morning, I have heard that my colleague and R&D director were being blamed by the process manager for the failure analysis and the results are not being done too thoroughly. He requested to analyze the substrate vendor's process issues. Even though he said the thing that may be reasonable but he was yelling and saying bad words to them. This behavior is not too good and may create a bad reputation for our company. Some of the process team leaders have this kind of problem on solving the problems in the process issues. 

    The job titles may indicate a particular hierarchy of control and responsibility, but it does not mean that someone with a lower job title is any less important. Respect each individual for what they bring to the company. 

    Fostering positive attitudes are very essential when the entire team respects the value of each position and the diversity of opinions, experts, and different experience of each person brings.

Here are some tips for fostering positive attitudes:

1. Clarify the clear picture, purpose & goals
2. A sense of purpose & agreement to the work they do
3. Urgency to achieve the goals and push them around their potential but not excessively

What is Plasma ECR(Electron Cyclotron Resonance)

Will you buy an apartment or house?

 

    On 14th Oct, there was a blaze broke out in "Ghost building", Cheng Chung Cheng Building, the 13-story building killed 46 persons and 41 injured. The flame may be started from 2am-midnight and the loud explosions have been heard around 3am. The flames moved quickly and the entire building has been engulfed within an hour. The firefighters were struggling over 4 hours to extinguish the fire until the next morning.

    This aging and weaker structure was originally a commercial shopping mall, with a giant banquet hall, arts theater where many people visited since 1980. But over time, after a fire broke out in 1999, building slowly deterioriting, businesses moving out, and it was partly be abandoned. This building inhabited at least 120 families, mostly elderly people, homeless, low-income people, and tenants. They would like to accumulate their storage, piles of garbage, or heaps of debris outside their home which obstructing the stairwells and the streets.

    This news has spurred broader questions about lax safety in the older apartment in this largest city. There are too many aging structures across the state as a results of weak management and government neglect. Some officials claimed that there are more " high risk" older buildings in the city that they would like to investigate for fire security. Some of them are exposed electricity cables, corroded water pipes, elevators had not been worked for years.

    Some tragedies happened again and again through the news. If you bought an apartment, after one or decades, the building slowly degraded, you need to negotiate with other neighbors if would like to consume some money to repair the facilities. You will easily feel frustrated if some citizens would like to remain the bad situations by saving their money. Therefore I would prefer to buy a house than an apartment. I can repair my house easily if I want to, life will become easier.

The consequences of Brexit

    On 23 of June 2016, UK held a referendum to vote if "Should UK remain a member of EU or leave the EU? 51.89% of voters voted to leave EU as the voters think that it was looked great when it come to things like economy, jobs, and prices. Therefore the name of Brexit is given, which is a combination of "Britain" & "Exit". UK becomes the first sovereign country to leave the EU after 47 years of having been a member state of the bloc. Under Prime Minister Boris Johnson leading, the UK left the EU on 31st January of 2020. The UK government has postponed the implementation of import controls for goods entering the UK from the EU until 2022 in order to reduce supply issues during the COVID-19 pandemic. During this period only British goods cannot enter to the EU.

    Christmas is coming but the UK suffered a shortage of heavy goods vehicles drivers to deliver food, fuel, and other items. Even though UK has introduced temporary visas for 5000 lorry drivers to work in the UK but only 20 of 300 applications have been approved. The part of the shortage reasons is COVID as city lockdown since from last year and many Europeans drivers went home and very few have returned. There is also not enough training for new drivers to pass the driving test in the short term.  There have also been tax changes making it more expensive for drivers in the UK. The cost of community goods will become higher.

       In my opinion, this is the dire consequences if most of the people are too selfish, they just want to enjoy their high-quality life instead of thinking about their country's economic crisis. They may suffer more and more problems if they keep thinking about themselves only.

Soldering Flux for electronix

 

  

    Soldering ball on substrates is a chemical process wherein the corrosion reaction between metal and oxygen while soldering at high temperatures. In order to prevent it, you must apply soldering flux during reflow. The purpose of flux paste is to deoxidize the metal surface easily and accelerate the soldering reflow. However, cautious removal of heavy or violent activators became a challenge because they are acidic or corrosive, allowing the solder joints to be affected.

    There are typically 3 types of soldering fluxes widely used: rosin core flux, mildly activated rosin & water-soluble flux. Generally, electronic products will select the water-soluble flux, which is easily cleaned with distilled and deionized water with some detergents. However, it has a higher activity, which leaves a residue that must be cleaned thoroughly. The residue is corrosive and can damage the components if not cleaned properly after use. If you can find the neutral and electrically non-conductive flux, it can be completely washed off with water and the residues are neither hygroscopic nor electrically conductive. 

    There are four constituents of flux that can affect electrical failure: activators, binders, solvents, and addictives. Activators are weak organic acids that pose a short risk concern they may react with metal oxides to form metal salts. After wetting, the salts dissolve and a metallurgical bond or electro-migration is formed. Another one is binders which are insoluble in water with high melting points. Binders can prevent activators from dissolving in water but also form a visible residue. The proper soldering profile must be followed accordingly to ensure the solvent is evaporated away completely. Other addictive such as plasticizers dyes or antioxidants also need to be well considered. What is most important is that the space between traces continues to be smaller, the risk of short failure becomes higher. We need to well understand the chemistry, process, and technologies to avoid defect failures.

Can teachers be replaced by computers?

 

    As the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak, all schools and tuitions are closed. The online-teaching has been encouraged and to be extended to a larger scale. Technology has become increasingly important to be educated through online education. For many students, computers are about games, fictional challenges, and instant gratification. Students are more confused about being educated through computers or being enjoyable in pursuit of recreational fulfillment. It is possible to substitute teachers with computers? There are many pros and cons to education through online learning.

    The teaching profession is shrinking as lower birth rate in the world. Teachers are a scarce commodity, indeed, a diminishing human resource. In addition to students are easy to access the topics to answer through internet. They can timely acquire information and learning skills through some better online educational channels such as e-books, educational videos, online chat rooms to study different subjects and gain knowledge from their peers. If the source of education enables to inspire students to obtain knowledge, it will improve social skills, writing skills, and achieve personal traits.

    However, web technology is inanimate, quite impersonal. Computers cannot teach students about their behavior, traits, habits, and attitudes. Students are easily leading to distraction and hindrance of mind. They do not take rest on time, and consistently being on the phone or social media instead of looking out for books, journals, or notes. This has negative impacts on their eyes, be exposed to bad posture, and suffered physical and mental stress for less sleep.

    For me, either of traditional or online lectures help us in learning new things, it may accompany along with your attitude and habits that you nurturing. You can use online but not too addicted too much. Always active learning will help to grow a lot.

I am agnostic instead of atheist

 

    Since I was a sophomore in my 2nd second of National Taiwan University, I started working from day to night, over 12 hours per day to earn my living and school fees by myself without family support. I was struggling with my living expenses, I was used to eating some rotten fruits, buying some cheap lunch boxes(under NTD$ 50 per meal), and finding various types of part-time jobs in school. I had no time to study, to go to church on Sunday, or even shopping to buy necessary goods. Lasting over half of a year, I found that I do not need to pray to God anymore or go to church as I can be an independent girl in a foreign country. After that, I have not been to church again.

    If someone asked me if I am an atheist, I would say not, because I still believe in God. However, I need the knowledge to prove the existence of God. I still need to keep curious about the knowledge that I don't know in the world. This is an interesting way to find the truth anytime and anywhere.
