How to foster positive altitute?

 

    Today morning, I have heard that my colleague and R&D director were being blamed by the process manager for the failure analysis and the results are not being done too thoroughly. He requested to analyze the substrate vendor's process issues. Even though he said the thing that may be reasonable but he was yelling and saying bad words to them. This behavior is not too good and may create a bad reputation for our company. Some of the process team leaders have this kind of problem on solving the problems in the process issues. 
    The job titles may indicate a particular hierarchy of control and responsibility, but it does not mean that someone with a lower job title is any less important. Respect each individual for what they bring to the company. 
    Fostering positive attitudes are very essential when the entire team respects the value of each position and the diversity of opinions, experts, and different experience of each person brings.

Here are some tips for fostering positive attitudes:
1. Clarify the clear picture, purpose & goals
2. A sense of purpose & agreement to the work they do
3. Urgency to achieve the goals and push them around their potential but not excessively
