About my dream job

    

   

     When I was 15 years old, I participated in the St. John extracurricular activities in high school.  I have to be trained as a volunteer to deliver health and community services. My duty is to provide help and support to communities and saved lives through first aid kits. The outdoor activities including providing first aid at concerts in National Stadium, taking care elderly in hospitals,s or teaching orphans in orphanages. Since then, I like nursing because it gave me growth opportunities. I feel happy when giving necessary support by holding the hands of victims who have just experienced injuries. Actually, it gave me an inner peace that I was able to help somebody. The nurse is my dream job when I was 17 years old.

    After graduated from high school, I proposed to study nursing courses in Taiwan but was rejected by my mother. She said: " Who wants to make less money but more stress with this tiring job? However, she encouraged me to study medicine degree, therefore I had an opportunity to study abroad. Unfortunately, my results of preuniversity cannot satisfy the requirements for a medicine degree, later I choose to learn an engineering course at National Taiwan University.

    My dream kept going on until I graduated with a bachelor's degree, I joined the lifeguard community group. Become a lifesaver, has a responsibility to perform any water-based rescue and perform resuscitation and first aid. The advanced lifesaving courses are including kayak, surf rescue board... and etc.

Describe my job

    I'm currently working as a Research & Development engineer in the semiconductor industry. Almost ten years, I really like my job, I don't think there is a lot more room for growth here, I've been thinking about exploring new opportunities. However, I prefer a more stable and more convenient one which nearby my home, therefore I am still here.

    I like a number of things about my job. One of the main reasons is that it is still challenging, so there is never a dull moment. I am given a lot of responsibility and I have to make important decisions regularly. I also become a good counselor for my customer in giving a lot of assembly knowledge and providing a better solution to solve some issues.

    However, there is always room for improvement, and my department is no exception.  The frequent team meetings to support collaboration are very important to reduce miscommunications or avoid mistakes before making a key decision. Training or knowledge sharing also is essential for our job improvement.

    How about my dream job? I will tell you tomorrow..haha, I am going to hit my sacks.

My name is christine. I am an engineer from research & design departure. my job is to design semiconductor package structures to the client’s specifications. I’m responsible for the whole design process, so I have to take the client’s ideas and turn them into a finished product. most of my time is spent experimenting with different designs and ideas and seeing what looks good because attention to detail is important in this kind of work. otherwise, I also can be an adviser to select the advanced material or process for dedicated innovative package design.

my name is Fany. I’m the marketing manager here. my job is to analyze and interpret market and customer information for strategy development. my job is to generate a unique sales plan, develop pricing strategies, and to offer satisfying human resources. given the breadth of enhancements in A project, I am incorporating additional validation time prior to production release, which will streamline the deployment process for our customers and partners.

OK, we’re done with the introduction of everyone. Let’s look at the agenda. the first item of the agenda is the background and figure out why this s26a project isn’t performing as well as expected. Finally, we’ll clarify some questions and then make some decisions. Let’s move on and discuss.

Let me introduce the background.

Our customer has developed the new next-generation wafer A which is more advanced and looks more competitive than B. it has applied 3d packaging technologies and will offer approximately 10~15% improvements in performance per watt compared to the previous generation wafer. this production is set to be ready from the first quarter of 2022. First of all, I would like to thank you christine who has proposed several experiments, let her introduce these experiments to all of you

Christine(R&D)

In order to select the most optimized process method to confirm all the process characteristics and confirm all the process risks. I’d propose 3 types of methods of dicing method, the first one is dicing after grinding, the second one is dicing before grinding, the third one is stealth dicing before grinding, the last one is laser grooving before dicing. Here the results showed that the first one with a conventional blade saw method, the metal layer has peelings, cracks, chipping. The results with the 2nd & 3rd methods observed delimitation after the reliability test. The best solution is the last one with laser grooving before dicing. Experimental results have shown that dicing before applying laser grooving can significantly minimize the dicing defects. R&D strongly suggested adding the laser grooving process before dicing. however, there is a very limited laser grooving machine in our production line. Therefore I have requested the process engineer to confirm if any possibility to improve the process method.

Ok, let me present the test results by different process methods here, here you can see by slowing down dicing speed can significantly decrease the defect rate. The original cutting speed is 3000 rpm(rotation per minute), all of these results showed that at least need to increase to 10,000 rpm to reduce all the defect modes.

Tery(Process Integration Engineer)

I see your point, however, I don’t think the idea of evaluating this new test method is a not good idea or if it is beneficial to our company. If the new test method has been implemented, this will impact all our production volume capacity. You might want to consider that if the unit per hour has been lower at least triple times, it may impact other customer’s production lines and the lead time will be longer.

To be honest, I’m not sure about this idea. Tomy, but could you elaborate on how this will fit with our existing marketing campaigns?

As I said before, this S26A process has more challenging than the previous generation wafer when its technology fast scaling down in node size where the low-k dielectric is used. If this project has been launched successfully, our company will have at least 60% cost benefit per unit. 

Fany(Sales)

I see your point, however, I don’t think the idea of implementing laser grooving resources has a benefit for both customers and our company. How about we ask our customer to purchase the dedicated laser grooving machine for this project, it might not bring any impact to another customer, I also try to negotiate with our customer to increase the unit price for the new process implementation requirements.

    She is 2 years older than me.  She is the youngest Prime Minister to handle New Zealand the toughest time encountering a terrorist attack, a natural disaster, and a global pandemic. This made her become the most influential leader in the world for the year 2021. Her charismatic leadership has won the majority support during the second-term general election in 2021.
    In March of 2019, the terrible terrorist attack has killed many innocent people. She offered condolences to Christchurch to meet the victims. After less than a month, she passed a law that bans most semiautomatic weapons and assault rifles, and all the related parts, the law which is totally different from US policies.
    Regarding the pandemic COVID-19, she reacted faster than other countries to block foreigners and must be quarantined at least 14 days before entering the countries, this reduces the transmission rate of this infectious disease.
    In terms of climate change, she required the public sector to buy only electric or hybrid vehicles. The pledges have been seen to introduce carbon-cutting policies that would put the country on track to meet its emission targets.
    She showed his genuine, empathetic, humorous, and honesty aside from one's won need. Her communication style such as tweeting, updating Instagram photos, seeks to empower her followers at every juncture.

Talk about my favorite fruits-Durian

     

    Durian is the most nutritious food in the world, that's rich in fiber, Vitamin B & C, and healthy plant compounds. I think I am so lucky that I lived in Southeast Asian, which can taste the natural desserts in both sweet and savory flavors   

    When I looked back on my childhood, I wondered how I loved to eat durian in my grandparent's house. They planted a lot of durian tress on their estate, when we visited them during Chinese New Year, they provided the durian buffet to welcome us. All of our family members loved to eat them. Sometimes we replaced durians as a normal diet for lunch or dinner meal. 

    In order to reduce the side effects of body temperature rising or getting sore throat, our grandparents teach us to cast some clean water on the spiky shell and drink. After drinking the water through the spiky shell, you will feel refreshing and did not get hot in your body.

    Even though I have been living in Taiwan, I rarely buy durians during the hot seasons, because it may cost an arm and a leg out of Southeast Asians area. 

Describe about climate change

    

    According to the recent historical long period drought, devastating flooding everywhere, forest fires which are induced by heat waves, and intense storms. All of this extreme climate change was a wake-up call for all nations' government.

    Carbon dioxide emissions are the primary driver of global climate change. People needs to urgently reduce emission, not matter countries, governments or individuals, all of us is responsible to save this planet.

    I felt sad and worried about why so many people do not aware about the climate changes anymore, they still burn joss paper(ghost money) to the "hungry ghost" as the gates of hell are opened on that day. Even though they have many children or descendent at home, but they still do not aware this issue and continue to teach them to celebrate this festival regularly.

      The equation, a one-degree rise in temperature has a potential to give the region a 7 percent increase in the intensity of rainfall. The Earth poles are increasing in temperature at 2 to 3 times the rate of the equator. The powerful flow of water has also caused landslides, leaving some roads unusable if not completely washed away. The current system in this world is too broken and all policies are out of  control.

    The mindset controlled by myself is crucial to everyone, the small action such as buying the electrical car, using the solar panel on the root of your house, to be a vegetarian or seldom to take the meat as daily meal

    For government policies are accounted a lot, they are obligated to enforce policies, such as green building, the political phrases which emphasized recovery economic plan such as solar panel, wind turbine energy, reusable energy or electrical appliances. The unnecessary religious celebration need to be cancelled or prohibited such as "Ghost Festival Day" or " Moon Festival" not to emit or release any CO2, even though the effects may be very minor but still can have little improvement for our living life.

    

Talk about my childhood games

    Since I was a kid, my parents cannot afford us to buy any toys at home, we must invent games or found something interesting to entertain ourself, such as playing cats at my neighbor's house, racing bicycle with my neighbor's child, and turning flag eraser while feel boring on studying. During the break time, some of my classmates put all their new country flag erasers on a table, they will take a nudge and flip their eraser toward opponent's eraser, if the land of country flag on the other one, the top one conquered the opponent's and won it. It was funny when we want to collect some special and beautiful flag erasers. 

    The elementary school which I studied far about 2km from my home, there is a big lawn outside of my school. The most famous childhood games around there is Chinese jumping rope. It is easy to do, old-fashioned fun, and great exercise for all the kids. This game require at least 3 participants to join this game, sometimes we can follow the rhymes, if desired. the rope can be swung by 2 players at a regular speed in length or tied into a circle depends on the way you want to play. We always laugh at doing errors when the middle player fail to accomplish a series of movements. The position of the string will be raised if the player has succeed, from ankle to waist and higher until to the top of the ears. 

    Since my father changed his job from carpenter to newspaper vendor, the rubber bands scattered around our home and become unnecessary sometimes. I could make many jumping ropes with rubber bands and gave some to my classmates. my classmates loved to befriend with me because I could provide a lot of rubber bands or jumping rope to them. We also like to play jumping rope when we took the lunch break at the small hill of my school.

    From my point of view, jumping rope activity has been influenced my athletic's ability, I played well in basketball, volleyball, running and swimming, and etc. This game is the most memorable game in my life.

Describe my hometown-Ampang

    I lived in a small town, Ampang village far from the city since I was born. I have been lived there almost 20 years. My town is such a quiet and boring place, such like a ghost place.  As my home was located near to the end of the road, there are very few cars crossing by my home. There lived many elderly people. They love to wander around the basketball court far from my house about 1km. They would like play mahjong or chatting with their friends or neighbors on the bench around the it. 

    

    Ampang is famous of the "Nine Emperor Gods Temple". There are countless devotees come to worship their Gods during the period of nine days of the ninth lunar month. My elementary Ampang was next to this temple, I used to find my new adventure tour when the worshipping began. The most exciting way is to buy some tortoise buns or watch the traditional drama.

    Many eaters also would like to taste the Ampang most famous food "Yong Tau Fu", the Hakka Chinese cuisine consisting primarily of tofu filled with ground meat mixture or fish paste. It can eaten in numerous ways, either dry with sauces or served as soup dish. Most of my distant relatives always been invited to taste the food here when they dropping by.

    I am not quite like this place as the transportation here is not too convenient. Since I was studying the high school in the city, I used to take my school buy and need to wake up before 5:30am. If I missed my school bus, I had to take 2 buses between terminals and consumed about one and half hour to arrive my school. After arriving at the bus station, I still need to walk about 15~20 minutes to my school. It was exhausting and knackered. Every Sunday, I also had to take an hour to the church in city and my most of weekend spent in my church with my friends.

    With the development of the economy, there is a lot of change in this past 2 decades.  The basketball court has been covered by a roof, a lot of eaters around the court, the Ampang has been refurnished, there is a small orphan house and a retirement home along the busy street.

    I reckon that I am not quite like my hometown, but I still want to live there when I am getting older to protect my old house. There is still has a lot of good memories to be remembered.

What kind of accommodation do you prefer when you travel?

    I am lucky enough to travel every province in malaysia since i was a kid. I had travelled Kedah, Pulau Pinang, Ipoh, Shah Alam, Seremban, Melaka, Johor Baharu, Bentung, Kuantan, Terengganu with my whole family. Domestic hotel or chalet is predominantly and common in Malaysia, in addition to the hostel and camping are not suitable for family gathering. My mother used to reserve a double room which vary in price and also vary in star level accordingly, under range between rm50~300, predominantly 3~5 stars hotel

prices varied by different location, the cheapest form of accommodation mostly in more remote regions but usually offer a level of comfort and variety services. I recalled that we stayed in a 5 star hotel which has promotional discount in an isolated island but providing canoe, hiking tour guide, golf activities, gym fitnesses and other sports accessories. We did a lot of sightseeing and had spent a wonderful and stunning vacation over there. Most of the time, we just reserved double room with double king size bed to accommodate 6 people of us, though the standard doubles only can accommodate up to four people. Sometimes we need to sleep on the couch or on the floor depends on the size of the room.

    Nowadays, I have been grown up as an adult and I recognized that this behavior was prohibited by some hotel especially in Japan and Taiwan when my family traveled to Taiwan, at least 2 double room will be booked for 4~5 people, and will add extra bed if not enough as the weather is very cold and higher humidity, each of us must have our blankets to avoid to get a cold. we had explored all the wonderful places in the middle of winter time, which is chilly and damp especially in Taipei. On the plus side, the weather during Chinese new year is perfect for visiting these amazing hot springs in Beitou, and we also went to catch some cherry blossoms in Formosan Aboriginal Cultural Village! 

About my traveling alone in Japan

    

    

    I never travel alone before 2017, sometimes I relied to my family, my friends or relatives to arrange travel itinerary to somewhere. This is a good chance to let myself indulge myself fully. Solo travel may become dangerous or perils if I traveling by myself in a country which has security concern. Therefore I think traveling in Japan would be a good starting point or heady stuff. 

    Before departure, anything need to be well prepared, to arrange an detailed itinerary, to reserve a hotel which is safe and cheaper, or to online book the transportation tickets. All of this arrangement was prepared by myself, if any mistake happened, you cannot blame others, you need to solve it by yourself, and all the triumph is mine. I had not to worry my companion if could trekking all the way across for long distance to a designated location. 

        I reserved a single room in a hotel located in the heart of entertainment district, value for business and sightseeing with plenty of shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. It is an ultimate self-indulgence experience to try the beef tongue with a beautiful texture and the excellent of wine which let me have a feeling of luxury.

    On the third day in my vacation, I waked up very early to get the first bus to Kyoto traditional handcrafted market in Tadasu Forest. This forest is a part of world heritage.Some vendors sold their food in truck, some in tents. I bought some amazing and unique handmade crafts from the market which is something that I cannot get from the high-end products. There are also a wide variety of food or beverage drinks sold as well. I enjoyed to try some coffee, beverage drinks or cake. 

I have learned a little bit Japanese language for a year,  I still can understand a little Japanese words or understand their language. So I had befriend some shopkeeper or waiter in my journey.

Every cloud has a silver lining

    Since I was child lived in Malaysia, the multi-ethnic country, which  predominately Muslim population, there is an undeniable truth that Malay must lead the country. Since the former leader had lost his majority support among members of parliament, the national recovery plan reinitialized by the new leader, which means all eaters are allowed to be open even though the COVID-19 cases surged to over 20,000 per day. To make matters worse, victims are increasing and ICU had occupied with the serious, critical patients.

    I am of the opinion that we must take steps in two respects-through the authorities concerned and  through the public. First of all, I strongly recommend that the authorities concerned should find the solutions how to acquire the more vaccination jabs as more as possible. Get the faster vaccination rate to achieve the herd immunity to stop the spreading the disease from person to person. What we should do next is that we ought to be inoculated regardless of which brand of if. Of course, in addition to he effort of government, being careful is the best policy. Imagine this, how sad it would be if all your relatives, friends, or colleagues to be infected the virus and quarantine alone until recovering. Simple precautions must be taken: wearing a mask, physical distancing, avoiding crowds, cleaning your house.

    I am used to stay at home and keep social distancing with my neighborhood for at least 3 months already. I can say I can adapt this situation for a long time as I keep writing an essay a day, reading some books and exercising with my dogs while walking outside, and eating at home. I know I am not too intelligent or brilliant person, but I am willing to put some more efforts to improve my skills, language or thinking. In one day, I will be the person could be success in a way which is more than my expectation.

    Don't be too pessimistic about your intimidating environment, some sad news you heard, just focus on what things you can bring or you can do. Worrying too much cannot  heighten the way of your life.

 

Describe about my new life in Taiwan

    One very important decision I made was to move abroad for school in Taiwan.I had a few reasons for doing this. First, moving to a new place and immersing myself in an unfamiliar culture sounded exciting. Second, from the practical, career-focused based perspective, this was an important move. Since from high school, I just can take economical based courses. I was pursuing a career in engineering science and in order to be competitive and keep up in such a fast-moving industry. I knew I needed a top-notch education. Here in Taiwan, there were several national schools in Taiwan is comparable lower than colleague in Malaysia. Additionally, living abroad has pushed me to be more independent and gain more valuable experience with renewed sense of purpose.

    I started to earn money when I was sophomore in University, I got some part time job in University, it took about 4~6 hours a day while in the daily studying and I just skipped all the curriculum to have more time for my job. When the summer holiday, I worked hard and took 16 hours a day to earn more money to cover my tuition fees. After that, I never ask my parents to send money to me again. Sometimes when I flight back to Malaysia, I gave my rest of my savings to them. All of my hard work has finally paid off.

    I feel confident that this was the right decision for me, as it allows me to follow my dreams and work toward a solid career. I am still an engineer but I can tell I'm on the right track.

Describe about Husky- 阿木

 

    My landlord has a husky dog, his name is “阿木” which means "wood", weight around 16~20kg, He is a working dog but not a guard dog. From his wolf-like appearance, he looks intimidating and big but extremely friendly, especially well-behaved around children. He is also very clean and odorless, and does not require frequent bathing, it smells milky or emits a pleasant aroma after bathing. He does not require more grooming on his thick coat, but still needs regularly, thoroughly brushing of his hair.

    He is intelligent and always asks me to walk him at least 3 times per day , regardless sunshine or rain. He has developed an awesome habit of begging me to go outside all the time. Anybody yells "GO OUT"(出門）, he paces around and harasses me, and focuses on me, until I put his breast strap on this front legs, he naturally becomes happy and excited to go out. I walk him around 30 minutes in after I wake up and after I get back home from work. Before I go to sleep, being generous, I will run with him, maybe  an hour tops. From the dog's perspective, I walk too far slowly but I never lose on leash. Fortunately he is not too strong enough to pull me behind, I still can control its movement.

    Amu is a fussy eater, it does not like to eat too much, it think human food is more palatable, and waits for humans to feed the food which remained from our meal. If not, he waits the last moment until all of us (including the companion dog, 鈴鈴) have finished our meal and he sometimes feel regret not to get some food earlier. Maybe he really does like a particular texture or flavor of food, for instance the sweet. He simply will not eat on the schedule we have chosen for him. He makes me so frustrated about how to feed him and let him get enough nutrition.

Describe about my lovely dog- 鈴鈴

    I have a Shiba dog(it is generally a hunting dog breed from Japan), her name is 鈴鈴. She is adorable, endearing, friendly towards people. If anyone is willing to play with her,  readily gives up control of her toys to me and barking at the appropriate time, but not excessively.

    She is actually a quite hygienic and weird dog. She does not like to urinate at home, so she must go outside to have a pee. However, when I want to take her to walk, she does not show her happiness until putting her breast strap on her. Before walking, she likes to hide under the couch or bed to play some games with you. After she has the breast strap on her, she will happily to go walking with you.

When she was very young, around 4 months old, she was very active and would always jump on my bed, but suddenly her legs became lame. Veterinarian diagnosed a rupture cruciate ligament. I took her to veterinarian in Taipei, to find a very famous veterinarian who is professional in this kind of surgery, to stabilize the femur in the tibia. Fortunately, she turned out well after a few weeks of this complex and crucial surgery.

    When she was under the age of 5 years, I took her to perform tubal ligation, which makes an incision in the abdomen, finds the fallopian tubes and cut each side. The surgical ligation was very success as it was executed by my best friend, who also originally born in Malaysia and studied the same high school as me, she is a compassionate, caring and mindful person. I felt secure after my dog took several days' rest and it became usual to take her meal at the right time. Before ligation, she is very picky eater and sometimes refused to eat her meal. She was a slim and itchy dog, her weight around 8kg. After few months of it, she became heavier and have more appetite to consume more food unstoppably. She has chubby body but her weight has been increased to 12kg. After surgery, she had more oil in her body, so the dry skin has been moisturized and she is less sensitivity to the dry skin.

    Now she is 9 years old and still looks healthy, but her legs sometimes still have a little lameness as she can barely endure the weight on her legs. I wish she could be live happily and healthier , so I often offer her some expensive health products to reduce painful on her legs. Otherwise I hug her after she walks up and walks down the stairs every day to reduce the impact on her legs. She also loves to sleep beside me. 

Describe about my mother

     My mother is a traditional Cantonese, her significant characteristic is implacable, determined, sociable and extroverted. She is the second oldest child of 9 siblings. She  blamed that she suffered the hardship during his childhood because she is the oldest sister in the family. She usually wake up before 5am to go rubber estate to tape the natural rubber from rubber tree, after collecting them, she went to market to help her parents to sell the pork meat, before noon, she went home to make lunch to her brothers and sisters.

    Before marrying to my father, she had visited to many countries to learn barbering techniques. After she having a family at her husband's parents' house, she decided to kill two birds with a stone by bringing up her children while having a barber shop abut to our house. When I was teenager, around 12 years old, I started to earn a little bit money by washing and massaging my mother's customer.

    My grandparents' house we lived is very old, the roof was leaking, and we used to get rip off the water in front of the door by dustpan when heavy rain pouring down the street. After few years, my mother had tolerated long enough to this tumbledown house, she decided to rebuild our house, but unfortunately she has not enough money to finish all the home renovations. She begged her family to borrow some money but unfortunately nobody helped her. Her determination has made it success. I cannot remember how she did it but  I was sure that she gave up everything and she was penniless after the renovation. 

    She is a cheerful person, always smile at people and she likes to meet new friends. Sadly to this pandemic, she cannot travel everywhere, she is allowed to go out for a while or to buy some necessary things but not far than 5 kilometers from her house. We just can pray for her health and happiness, let's pray for God to let us meet together after the end of COVID-19.

Describe about my father

     My father is Lin Sin Cheong who is Chinese born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He is a descendant of Hokkien, the ethnic subgroup from Southern Chinese. He can speak Hokkien but he never teach his children to speak in informal dialect, he only speaks in Mandarin, formally accepted in educational school and often internationally place first in the list of languages. Because of my father, I feel fortunate that I can speak well in Mandarin and when I studied aboard in Taiwan, many Taiwanese cannot recognize that I am foreigner as I can speak the standard mandarin as well as them.

    When I was young, under the age of 12 years old, my father was a carpenter, even though he never learn about architect, he made many beautiful and strong woven rattan chair, basket, sofa and etc. He just graduated from elementary school, but he can write a beautiful handmade calligraphy, he taught us how to write the words by ink pen, I got a reward from my teacher once I wrote the calligraphy when I was 11 years old in school. I felt proud of my father.

    After I was 13 years old, he changed his career to become newspaper vendor. He got up earlier at 3am to collect the newspapers at news center and dispatched them everywhere around our living places until 9 am to take a rest at home. Regardless his low salaries, he gave us allowance around $3 dollars a day to all of us to buy a lunch at school. In my memories, $3 just only can buy a meal, there is not enough to buy a drink or snack after buying a meal, therefore sometimes I will save some money by skipping a meal or buy a cheaper lunch to buy ice cream or sugar. Once upon a time, I stole some money from my father's pocket and he was furious with me. He beat me very hardly and his hand turned to be red, I felt regret to do the wrong things.

    He likes to simplify his life, he wore very simple shirts and short pants, ate the leftovers after we finishing our meal. He barely had enough money to pay our school fees and electricity and water bills. He never eat expensive food or wore the luxury goods, but he regularly donated money to church for giving thanks to God. 

Why do we celebrate Valentine's Day?

      Today is Qixi (Double Seventh )Valentine's day is one of the  Chinese traditional festivals. It falls on the 7th day of the 7th Chinese Lunar Month. Now people usually give flowers, chocolates or other presents to their sweethearts, instead of doing traditional customs. The romantic legend or fairy tail has taken deeply root in the hearts of Chinese people, the cowherd(Niulang) and weaver girl(Zhinu). The goddess separated them by a river of a stars(Milky Way), but allowed them to meet each other once a year. So today is their reunion day, so sad and touching story.

Would you rather be quiet during a meeting or be active?

 

That is not the norm to speak up or to be quiet when you are in meeting. I think is very awful that I heard a story about the culture in a company. When the presenter was pitching up some ideas during the meeting and the attendee texted some messages through their phone and keep quiet when Q & A. After the meeting, they went to another place and offered all kinds of opinions about that meeting. This mic-drop moment has no productive effective to the company,

Muster the courage to have this kind of conversation by open and honest conversation:

1.Confidence: Call me Captain Obvious out loud (mentally pumping yourself)

2. Intent: knowing & understanding the situation or difficulties 

3. Delivery:How you frame the actual message, in a way of factual or real, no sugarcoating , empathetic and caring are needed 

4.Always striving to seek a solution. Possible solutions provide possible options

If this situations have been improved, we will become more productive, less fearful and even happier at work. Need a larger group in conversation is better than individual to be more benefit for the company.

 1. Have you been on any interesting trips lately?

It was in end of May of this year, I went to celebrate my Godfather's birthday in my hometown cuisine restaurant, I can eat my most favorite food and dessert, such as Bak Kuh Teh, kuih muih, or MoMo Chacha

2. What do you think has been the best movie of the year so far

The best movie that I like is Japanese animated movie, Kimi no namae wa(Your name), it was  romantic fantastic film which written and directed by Makoto Shinkai, blend of gorgeous, realistic detail and emotionally grounded fantasy, it is very beautiful and unique, I highly recommend to wathc it

3. What song do you wish you could put on right now?

Ed Shereen "Shape of you" I really like to enjoy the rhythm and beat of this song, I would like to shake my body if I listening to this song

4. Are you a cat person or a dod person?

Absolutely I am a dog person

5. Do you think you're an introvert or an extrovert?

Based on personality trait survey showed that if you are a dog person, were more likely extroverted than cat people. As I need to walk my dogs at least twice a day, I need to be sociable with my village neighborhood, tend to be more energetic, and easy get along with.

6. If you didn't have the job you have now, what would you be?

I may become animal or dog groomer because I love animals and I am compassionate to take care any animals

7. What is your strangest hidden talent?

I can invent new sports which have never ever been featured or existed in this world, I can imagine any games that can relax our emotions and relief our stress.

8.What is something people are always surprised to learn about you?

As I am a foreigner in Taiwan, there are so many Taiwanese feel surprised that I do not have parents or any siblings or relatives to stay here. They would like to learn about how can I so independent without any further support from friends.

9. What is the most rewarding part of your career?

I worked in Semiconductor industry for over 10 years, I have much experience in package design and can solve a lot of difficult problems 

10.Where do you want to be in five years?

I would like to go back home in Malaysia and take care my parents as they are getting older and need a lot of care

11. What superpower do you wish you could have?

I would like to save this world by controlling the weather, I want to provide the raining to the countries suffering wildfires or drought, give the sunshine to the countries too humid or too cold

12. Where would you go on vacation if you had no budget?

I would like to be a volunteer to help person in non-profit group, the group may provide the free shelter or food if I could provide the physical or mental support to people in need.

13. If you could travel back in time, what decade would you choose to live in?

I could travel back to 18 centuries in industrial revolution in 18th centuries, there are very few automobile, car or mechanics pass through the streets and the weather is good enough and the interaction between people is very close enough without the internet or mobile phone on hand.

14. What's the best thing you've ever bought off Amazon?

I bought an audible book name" Becoming " which is written and narrated by Michelle Obama, her sound is decent and calming, it is very suitable to be listened before I go to sleep.

What were the things your parents did right in raising you?

     Since I was 7 years old, when I started to go to elementary school, my parents very seldom took us to go to school. We walked to school which not far from our home, about  7 kilometers  After a few years, as we grew up, we learnt how to ride a bike and cycled to school, we became increasingly independent and seldom asked for our parents' help as we understood our parents were busy doing on their work. All the children in the family are more independent than those in other families.

    Our mother loves traveling. When vacations has been taken over 3 days, we arranged to go everywhere where we never visit. During our childhood, we did not have roadmap or google. We could ask the pedestrians, workers in restaurant or hawkers along the street about the direction how to go to the place we want to travel to. As mother as a driver in our car, if we got lost our way to the destination place, we would be assigned to get off the car and asked any strangers about the direction. All of us need to become brave enough to speak any language(Malay, English, Mandarin or Cantonese) with any strangers even we still young, under the age of 7 years old. None of us is introverted persons, we could speak any language without getting cold feet since we were very small.

    Our parents did not afraid to live lonely in their house, they encourage us to study abroad and working outside of our country. They did not wish us to live along with them as they know the situation in our country, the government did not welcome us and we cannot have a better life if we still keep staying here, therefore they hope us to broaden our knowledge by studying overseas. We are so grateful that our parents are open-minded to let us leave away from our home without hesitation. All the children are more brave enough to live independently in any country that we loved to.

What are the benefits of Yoga?

     I love to do Yoga every morning after waking up or every night before I go to sleep . My neck feels stiff and tingling when I get up suddenly from my bed.  I feel relaxed or every step or movement is coordinated with every breath in or breath out.Sometime I hold the pose , breathing deeply , for at least 10 breath for every movement. Yoga is the perfect starting point to wake me up that gently stretch and open my body. It also can calm and clears my mind and nervous system.It will wake me up and I will feel better for my day.

     I usually start with the cat cow pose that can warms my body and bring flexibility to my spine. It can prevent back pain when I practiced it regularly. Otherwise, I also can do child's pose, puppy pose, reclined twist pose on my bed without any equipment, it is very convenient and healthy. 

There are too many benefits to do yoga frequently such as to reduce anxiety, depression or headaches, to improve your digestion problem, reduce the risk of body fatigue, high blood pressure, also you can do it anytime even the during the women period or menopause.

How to find the qualified friendship in this virtual world?

     International cyber friends increasingly booming and prosperous in this few decades, people can make many friends if they admire the online strangers seems that is adorable, attractive, fit or even catch their eyes by surface-level briefly introduction. Here is the problem, how do we recognize the person who is not familiar with? 

    Many teenagers love to pretend more professional, self-esteem, or make themselves more blinking or bright in front of screen. They even do not care about morale, inner beauty or polite manners, they just want to show off themselves. These people do not know how to be more enthusiastic on their study, working or families, they may feel bored or dull about their living, they just want to find more exciting things in the virtual world, therefore they can make more than 200 friends in their facebook or Instagram. How could a teenager manage his time if 100 people text to him simultaneously at the same time? Why this teenagers need to bother or waste his time to read and reply their messages every day? How to produce the constructive labor or ideas in a country if all these teenagers always browse the internet instead of learning or studying the new knowledge?

    In my opinion, a person only need one or 2 friends in the real world. The real friend who will help you to grow up in some aspect of lives, no matter they are in the same education area, same working places or same neighborhood or not. Sometimes your friend can muster you up if you failed to get something, or encouraging you to make some things when you are strained. In the real world, you can keep a good or healthy relationship to share ideas, common group, or good motivation to improve your life quality. 

    To maintain a heathy relationship, each of us still need to give or share our things in mutual or equal point or level. If one is too minted or too impoverished, the another one will feel unfair about the things they share. You may need to choose who has similar level or common interest to build the equality relationship. It will get the good rule of thumb that you can get the best friend if you are willing to give or share something is valuable for you, in mutually, your best friend will feedback or respond to you at the same way.
