I love to do Yoga every morning after waking up or every night before I go to sleep . My neck feels stiff and tingling when I get up suddenly from my bed. I feel relaxed or every step or movement is coordinated with every breath in or breath out.Sometime I hold the pose , breathing deeply , for at least 10 breath for every movement. Yoga is the perfect starting point to wake me up that gently stretch and open my body. It also can calm and clears my mind and nervous system.It will wake me up and I will feel better for my day.
I usually start with the cat cow pose that can warms my body and bring flexibility to my spine. It can prevent back pain when I practiced it regularly. Otherwise, I also can do child's pose, puppy pose, reclined twist pose on my bed without any equipment, it is very convenient and healthy.
There are too many benefits to do yoga frequently such as to reduce anxiety, depression or headaches, to improve your digestion problem, reduce the risk of body fatigue, high blood pressure, also you can do it anytime even the during the women period or menopause.
