How to harvest water from thin air?

    Water is most precious and becoming scarce in these few decades especially in arid countries or deserts area. The new technologies are pivotal to harvesting fresh water from thin air. Despite that we know that water can be renewable, how do we use our ingenuity to come up with strategies to use that in an effective way?

    Let us start to learn a new technology on this topic. A type is known as metal-organic frameworks(MOF). The hubs are small and seem like a set of super-tiny Tinkertoys. Engineers can get green plants to take up the building blocks of MOFs and then assemble them. These MOF can filter toxic chemicals from the air and then store them or help break them down. They also can pull carbon dioxide from industrial smokes and sore hydrogen for electricity-making fuel cells. These can capture plenty of water molecules just from the air. 

    The most challenging situation is how to harvest water vapor in a low humidity area which its humidity level of less than 50 percent.
