How to improve your healthy mindset


    Few weeks ago, when my father was diagnosed delirium, similar with dementia but he become easily irritated and hitting people around him, his behavior changed instantaneously. Delirium is a serious acute confusion state, sometime he has confusing thinking and reducing awareness of the environment. It mostly happened on the patient in the intensive care unit. For my father’s contributing factor was complicated, it was highly possibly started from losing his dog, and then struggling to live in small room in a new apartment in urban city. He almost lost his sense of happiness after pandemic contagious.
    I started realizing that mental mindset is crucial to our health. If you always trapped in some negative thoughts and hypertension environment, it may impact your immune system, sometimes insomnia at the midnight, your blood pressure could be higher than normal that increasing the risk of heart disease, stroke.
