Forms of xenophobia, racist, and social exclusion, who apply to the person whose vocabulary, pronunciation do not correspond to the dominant norms of the language. Most people are concerned about being belittled by other persons, thought about their forms of speech are considered inferior or incorrect. Do not make assumptions about non-native speakers. Sometimes they are more comfortable with reading and writing than speaking.
