Incentives and punishment shape your actions

 

    When we talking about incentives, most of employers will reward who is solving problem instead of who is preventing problem. This incentives create problems. If you review your job as a lifelong journey. I need to learn how to preempt them or risk a much rougher journey.

    Starting from my job, I need to consider and go through more details on my multi-projects. Some mistakes, typos, or misinformation need to be rehearsal again and again before submitting to my customer. It is worth saving my reputation and protecting it ahead of time.

    The sense of captaincy is an essential element in the goals of my works. If I am willing to give constructive suggestions and discuss with my team in advance, even if I might not get rewarded for it, or sometimes even if I don't have permission. At some point, a leader cannot always do the thing in the right ways and see everything. The more problem you raised, the more you need to take initiative. If a leader cannot see a potential problem, everything will collapse. The sense of captaincy is available to everyone. You can test yourselves bit by bit, building up confidence. When I feel more responsible to contribute to overall success, not just perform specific tasks, I can respond to the task without waiting for instructions. I will become ever more familar with what my organization needs to stay healthy and the potential problems are more noticeable before they happen.
