Stress monkey is a person who behaves like a panicked monkey when placed under minimal stress. It sounds like a soft strawberry to indicate a teenager would become psycho when he placed under a little stress from works or family.
When I suffered stress, I would take a deep breath at the first place. Sometimes, I would eat a lot of snacks or a lot of food to reduce my stress. If I feel stressed, I used to move my body by walking my dogs.
