Secret of forming a good habit

     


    How can I start to write this blogger in the middle of Aug, until now I never skip one day on it. After reading a book named " Atomic Habits", it told me if you want to be the person who you want, you need to change your habit in your daily life instead of imagination only. 

    Firstly, you need to remove your habits firstly. The most wasted time and meaningless activities need to be considered to be diminished, if you let your time be blank, you can put the good habits into your blank.

    Motivations come and go, we tend to do the easier working routine. This minimal effort will change your habit. Stop trying to be so good. It would be better than nothing. Eating one piece of lettuce in your single meal. Too tired, too stress, to be exhausted, but it is rewarding. The goal is for repetition instead of high achievement. Initiating a new habit is the hardest part of our life, a lot more motivation. Then our habits can expand until being autopilot.
