I have left my office during rest time at noon in these 2 days to take care of her unhealthy behaviours. There are some improving ways that could be for reference:
1. Exercise: I usually walk her 3 times a day but she did not like to walk too long distances, therefore this item should be ignored
2. Physical contact: Hug her, talk to her and release some cosy music for her, and combing her fur or hair
3. Massage: massage her from the neck to her butt
4. Music therapy: I love to put Miyazaki Hayao music to comfort her anxiety
Above these items could be useful for my dog, but it still needs more time and energy for treatment
